At A-1 Auto Transport we take our role in the communities in which we work very seriously and make a concentrated effort to support those institutions, organizations, and ideas that provide benefits for everyone, particularly those segments which are under served.

There are a few ways we currently work toward this goal and we are always on the lookout for new and better ways to help promote positive change in the areas in which our business operates. As an international company, there are very few limitations to the potential reach of our community programs and we strive to make a difference in every city, state and country where we have a presence.

We love giving back to the communities that help make our company great. As an international auto shipping company, we work with communities all across the world.

Scholarship Program

One of our first and most successful endeavors into philanthropy was our annual essay scholarship, which is open to any students with a grade point average of 3.0 or above. In order to qualify, students need only submit an essay on one of the many topics covered in our blog and they are automatically qualified for one of three scholarship awards of either $1,000, $500, or $250.

We’re aware of the increasing cost of attending college—many of our own employees are still paying off student debt—and we try to make things easier by offering financial assistance to eligible students. Not only is it a win for us since we get to help fund educational costs for those that qualify, but it also gives students an opportunity to have their work featured on one of the prominent industry blogs to showcase their abilities to future employers.

Youth Sports

From recreational youth leagues to high school and college sports, there are countless opportunities to contribute to underfunded programs that provide a net benefit to those involved. Sports are not only an important outlet, but also a great opportunity to learn about the benefits of hard work, dedication, and working as part of a team toward a shared goal.

Our contributions to youth sports includes things like donations for equipment needed for teams and leagues, as well as corporate sponsorship for those that rely on or need outside help to keep their programs running. Supporting these programs is an important aspect of our business and we are proud to be involved with several different youth sports organizations and schools that help propel today’s youth into the leaders of tomorrow.

Charitable Donations

Charitable donations and sponsorships are also a big part of our Community Impact programs and we are always looking for ways to improve on our ability to create positive, lasting change in communities. We have supported initiatives to help small businesses, mentorships programs for aspiring entrepreneurs, and community resources that help communities and business alike. There are countless helpful charities, both in the U.S. and internationally, that benefit from efforts such as these and we are passionate about being a part of the solution by empowering and improving those communities in any way we can.
