You can buy insurance if the car is a vintage or a luxury vehicle even though mishaps during transit are rare. It is best to choose container shipping if you have an expensive vehicle that you are shipping or have other household goods that need to be transported to Belize City. If you are only shipping a standard car, Roll-on/Roll-Off works as it is cheaper than container shipping as you only have to pay for space occupied by your car. Other than that no personal items, flammable substances including air conditioning gas are not allowed on board.
