Before you decide on the auto transport company that you're going to entrust with transporting your vehicle, you need to make sure that you're going with a legitimate, credible company that will provide you with outstanding service. That can be easier said than done for many people who don't even know where to start. But thankfully, the internet has a wealth of resources when it comes to finding auto transport reviews. Not all review sites are considered equal, so here's where you should go (as well as what type of reviews to look for to make the process easier on yourself):
The Sites to Visit
Of course, there are other sites out there, but for auto transport reviews, you can't go wrong with any of the following websites:
All of the aforementioned websites offer an outlet for customers to post their reviews, either positive or negative, as well as allow the companies themselves a chance to respond. They are unbiased websites and don't belong to any company. It's better to find reviews on these sites as opposed to the reviews that are directly on an auto transport company's website. That's because you won't have to wonder if the reviews are legitimate or not.
You will be able to search either directly for the particular auto transport company or for any companies that will be able to provide services at your location.
Another source of reviews is Google+. Any company worth its salt will have a Google+ page set up, which not only has all of the relevant links to their services but also has customer reviews on it. Some companies may also have Facebook pages, which is becoming increasingly common, but not all of them.
Don't Get Overwhelmed
With all of the reviews that are available, you might find yourself feeling overwhelmed at first, especially if you have to make a decision ASAP due to time constraints. But there's really no reason to.
If you're pressed for time, visit a few of the websites above. Your first bet should be the Better Business Bureau. After you find a company, skim through the reviews. If the positive reviews vastly outnumber the negative reviews, that's obviously a great sign.
Negative reviews will show up, no matter how good the company is. Don't immediately write off the company because of one bad review. Instead, look to see how the company responds to it, and if they were able to resolve it for the customer or if they at least explained the situation.
