Where to begin...broken bed, scratched up piano (just from loading) 2 weeks later and we STILL haven’t received our belongings. Can’t wait to see what’s in store for us when they do arrive. (IF they arrive, one lady claimed to have lost all her belongings due to a FIRE) I keep calling the customer service and I’m told the same thing, “we have a 21 business day window to deliver.” Of course they don’t tell you that when you’re booking, they say “give or take 2-3 days from your date”. Wish I’d paid the extra money and gone with a more reputable company.”
“Geo Van lines was picked up our belongs March 11 from Murphy, TX to Whitefish, MT. As they packed the trucked, they realized not everything would fit, so they brought a second truck to pick up the rest. They said they would have to move it to a larger truck.
We didn’t receive our belongings until April 15…a month later in a Superior Van lines truck with 2 local boys (from a Craig’s list posting); neither had ever moved anything before. The team opened up the back of the truck and it was very apparent things had been thrown in. Many little things were bent/broken. The most costly is the brand new leather sofa, loveseat and chair, and a new 2 piece hutch. The leather set is so scratched and damaged that it needs to be replaced. I know accidents happen and I know many of them could be prevented. Waiting over a month for our belongings to arrive, is unacceptable as trucking is considered an “essential business.” It meant we had to stay in hotels and a VRBO as we had no bed, etc.”

“Literally the WORST company you could ever hire. They have a D- rating with the Better Business Bureau with more than 75+ complaints in just 3 years of doing business. They have terrible reviews on other sites such as MyMovingReviews and Move-Me. The ruined ALL my stuff and were downright rude and AWFUL every step of the way.
