Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue over the phone, the representative continues to lie, claiming that I need to send a check, even though I never received anything. I want my broker fee of $295 returned, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid using this company (PG Daniel, Inc.). They are a scamming company. If my broker fee is not returned promptly, I will report their MC and USDOT numbers and provide negative ratings on BBB and Central Dispatch.”
