They will verbally make commitments that seem to meet the customers needs such as the customers selection of day and time of delivery but once they identify a carrier, they don't communicate with the carrier the information that the customer provides. Once the customer realizes this, they do nothing for them and instead puts the responsibility on their head to make amends with the carrier. This is bad customer service and is unethical practice. In my case, the carrier did not stick with the time that I requested and ended up taking my car in their possession to another city requiring that I pay a storage fee to pick up my car. When I arrived at the hidden address, my car was not in storage but was out in the open nearby a street with the doors unlocked.”

★ marvin“Are you looking for a driver who will use your car as their personal motel room and trash can while delivering your car 4 days late, not answer your calls or texts, not know the different transport laws between states, and tell you they take a specific payment method and then refuse that method at delivery? Then look no further! I remained patient with this driver due to the fact that he didn’t know the laws in Florida but my patience waned when he suddenly required a new payment method at pick up. Then I found a beer bottle and greasy rags and packaging for some car part inside my car. Guessing he decided to use my car as his hotel so as to not cut into his profits. Imoveauto claims no responsibility for this since they aren’t the driver but they should accept some liability since they found him. They have assured me they won’t use him again but I’m not sure how that helps me. They told me they would refund their fee but now they are refusing. This company is a bunch of scammers.”
