Anonimous “They promised me a 10AM pickup time on 2/4/21. Worked with a guy named "Peter". 10AM turned into 1PM, which turned into 2PM which turned in 6PM. I was on a tight deadline so had to cancel. once I mentioned refund, they hung up the phone, and wouldn't pick up. tried to call sales, they declined to even pick up the phone, tried customer support, same thing. Seems like a small operation with just a few employees. as soon as they heard the word refund, they ceased all communication. I would really recommend staying away from these guys. they will scam you for your deposit after promising whatever you want to hear”

Jay from the company ([email protected]) got upset because I canceled my order 2 weeks in advance and tried blaming me for the “ issues” with the order when the only issue was they weren’t taking the deposit money out and he gives me a long drawn out process to get my money refunded when I cancelled with him on Saturday and when asked why he didn’t give me the information when he cancelled it his only reply was “it doesn’t matter”. Obviously they have children running this business with the way he got mad and said “you won’t be getting your money back”. Actually kids and infants would be a major upgrade to whoever or whatever they have running/working at this “business”.”

They refused to refund me and wanted to charge a higher "cancellation fee." I received a hostile email from their logistics coordinator- threatening that they had recorded all of my calls. Good! All of my previous calls with them only prove that I was trying to work with them on my auto transport. Stay away and do not sign any contracts/do business with them.”
