Joe made sure I was informed throughout the transport and explained the entire process, so I knew what to expect. The driver brought the car to my home, encouraged me to inspect it, and asked for payment only after. He called a day before to let me know he’d arrive, and also a couple hours earlier, so I’d be prepared. I had no problem with the drop off location, since it was in front of my home.

I didn’t have to pay a deposit until the truck actually picked up my car. I was also informed of it beforehand. I’ve heard stories of companies asking for a deposit before picking your car, so they may leave with your money without ever showing up. Not the case with A1.
