Michael Jones “Called to schedule a delivery from VA to NY in the correct time that they wished to have for scheduling. I was given a price of $475 and told NOT TO ANSWER any other shipping quotes from the time of booking which I did not. The day before pickup they still had no one to do the job but quickly found someone that increased the price to $550. They would give a $50 cred back from their deposit to cover it. The day of the delivery my car came in an enclosed box trailer in which the owner and driver of the vehicle could not fit in between the car and wall of trailer and had to use a side door to climb in my car to take it off the trailer leaving the seat completely reclined in order to left his LARGE body to move the car. Happy NO. Use this business again, absolutely NOT. They will promise you anything ad give the bare minimums.”

Don't use these people!!! Tried calling me to have me remove my bad reviews but didn't have anything to offer in exchange (wouldn't fire the rude employee or even give me a discount.”

Nagi Kastour “I used to work at a freight brokerage and never have i seen the tactics this company has chosen to use in an auto transport. They are refusing to remove their listing on a lane from Jersey to AZ in order to prevent other brokers from getting calls on the lane. They are what’s wrong in freight. They are preventing owner ops and other dispatchers from picking up freight. It’s shameful and petty. The reason the load was pulled from them was because they had awful communication and upped the price. There were no changes to the load or lane to justify these changes. This is an active issue and i will advise when they resolve it. But they are currently preventing other brokers from taking a load they lost!”
