★“Terrible Service - Contract not honored: This company is terrible! I signed a contract on 11/9/18 for a delivery of a car from California to Indiana. I received a pick up window of 12/14 to 12/17. Today 12/27, still no driver to pick up. I received lie after lie for 2 weeks: 1. Driver had mechanical issues 2. Driver in a wreck just miles from pick up 3. Your car is #1 on list to pick up. National Auto low balled the quote and could not find a driver to accept the delivery at that price. National Auto will not honor the contract. I called daily and never got an honest answer. I did receive a call back that if I paid an additional $500 they would have a driver for me. I refused and stated that they should honor quote and pay the $500 themselves. Customer service supervisor was a joke and actually got angry with ME. Do not use this company. Check the BBB and use companies listed there! J. Davignon”
