The internet is an open and free tool, and anyone with an internet connection can post anything they wish.
Anybody can set up a website advertising their ability to offer quality automobile services on the cheap. However, knowing the car shipping industry, not everyone should be trusted to move the car cross country. Luckily, online reviews can give the customer a clearer picture of the reliability of the website they deal with. Many company websites also normally have sections for past customer reviews. These are, however, controlled by them, and it can be difficult to find a company that posts negative reviews about themselves on their website. There are more independent online review forums like the better business bureau that will offer a much more honest opinion.

Compare the three companies remaining on the basis of their quotes, customer support and value for money.
If unsure, then perhaps it might be time to initiate contact. Make a direct inquiry at the company and gauge the quality of their response. If on sending them an email, they do not respond within 24 hours, then they might not be worth the time. Judge the company from both the response speeds and the quality of the information given. With these points in mind, choosing a reputable company should not be too much of a big deal.
