First off driver wasn't even able to pick up my car for transport (he never answered his phone) I had to drop off at their office. Called day of estimated delivery as it said on the email to get the driver's info to arrange for when to get my car. Hear no answer all day and eventually got a call back saying the truck broke down and that he didn't know what car I was talking about because he didn't have it. I called their office and they can't give me an anser on who has my car or where it is and said a local transport will be delivering my car but they have yet to give me information on the new person taking my car from where ever it is. Very u happy and they have bad customer service and hard to understand employees.”

youssef sbai “Still no delivery on Sunday after contract says 27 pickup and drop off 30th as AutoStar said I was advised of this day Friday of issues with truck , due to that contract is void per their words. The vehicles were not given to us until 10pm Monday night . Staff Mena at SDM Transport was rude, yelled at me the customer about the horrible service received after not getting vehicles as advised on several occasions ,asked to speak with her Manager as well was given run around told none available said dispatch is the problem .Hope Zee and Loretta read review see how their company is being ran all social medias will see this and BBB as well.”
