“The company hires outsiders to move your car. This is not brought to your attention. I hired them and they contracted me out to a man name Kevin who was overpaid and refuses to refund me . I think the company should take responsibility for the people they hire. I had to meet this man on the side of a road to get my car. He insisted he be paid in cash when I signed the contract that was not specified. I am still to this day waiting to be refunded my overpayment. This Kevin person stood there and counted the money knowing he was overpaid. I didn’t realize this until after he left. He has acknowledged the overpayment and still refuses to pay. Watch who you do business with. I also spoke to a manager who also acknowledged the overpayment and I still have not been reimbursed.”
“They reached out immediately, and said they had a driver ready to go. Price seemed far. The lady said they would have my car picked up by noon the following day but in order to do so I had to sign a contract, which also seemed far enough. In the contact it stated they have 5 dAys to pick up the vehicle. I called her back and refused to sigh and let her know that it was very important that my car was ship immediately. She assured me that the driver would be there before noon the next morning, and that was just the standard contract. Well that was 3 days ago and my car is still in my front yard. And when I tried to call and follow up all I got was an answering machine. And no response to my texts. But I guess my daughter being stranded in Los Angeles is not there problem. #buyerbeware”

“Too bad I can’t do 0 stars. This company scams you. We had agreed on a date and location and it was lie after lie, they even gave me a fake drivers contact information to try to buy them some time. Once they knew I caught onto the scam they stopped answering my phone calls and live chats. I kept record of everything, phone calls, chats etc. reach out to me if you want this documentation.”
“The only time I could get this company is when they were selling me! I emailed, called, left messages (their voicemail was always full and always a generic voicemail). When I could finally get them, they would tell me "the driver will be there tomorrow", and the driver would never come. They stood me up for a week, after I gave them a 2 week notice on pickup date. This company is HORRIBLE, do not waste your time with them. Trust me, your car will still be sitting in your driveway and you will be looking for someone else anyway.”
