Cotter, Arkansas Safe and Reliable Car Shipping
Cotter is a small city located just on the banks of the White River in Arkansas. The river was once a big obstacle for locals because they had no way to cross the river unless they traveled hundreds of miles away. In the early 1900’s, a bridge was built that finally allowed locals to travel back and forth easily across the river. Tourists and hunters enjoy the immediate area surrounding Cotter due to the wilderness and water. Hunting lodges can be found scattered through the sparse woods and local residents have a bountiful area for fishing, camping and other outdoor recreation.

The Right Way To Prepare your Car
When you ship a car you need to make sure it is prepared for transport so it will be safe as well as help make auto transport efficient and cost effective for you:
- If the car has extra seats and you will not need them, remove them before the car is loaded.
- Clean the car inside and take out all personal items. Personal items can float around and damage the interior of the car. They are not covered by auto transport insurance and should not be left inside the car when it is being transported.
- Disable the car alarm.
- Fold the antennae down. If the antennae do not fold down you will need to remove it and place it inside the trunk during transport so it will not be bent or damaged during transport.
- You need to have the car checked and make sure it has no leaking fluids. Most drivers will not load a car onto their carrier if they see a leak as fluids can damage paint on other vehicles on the truck.
- Fold in the side mirrors on the car if they are foldable.
- Take detailed pictures of the vehicle before it is loaded and be sure to keep the pictures until the car has been delivered.
- Carefully read any and all paperwork that pertains to your car being shipped. Never sign anything that you have not read and agree with and make sure you have everything in writing, especially if it pertains to the price or other guarantees about the service.
