“DO NOT USE: In January my family used Smart Talk Transport to find a transporter for cars to travel from NY to FL. The driver Smart Talk originally assigned did not show up the time or day Smart Talk scheduled. We were not provided an update unless we called and every time there was an excuse on why the driver wasn't there yet. Ultimately, the cars didn't get picked up for days because the driver didn't want to come pick up the cars. The second driver didn't want to pick them up for a few days. The driver that picked the cars up damaged where the side and undercarriage meet making material used to make the car dangle in addition to scratches. This was noticed the day after since the car was parked on a hill. The driver will not cooperate and Smart Talk does not care. They continuously say they will get back to us with an update and then do not call. Douglas, Warner, Larry and Andre provide horrid customer service. We dealt with Douglas from Smart Talk over the phone in January and he set everything up. The original pickup date was January 2 at latest the 3rd. There was a snow storm coming on January 4th and the excuse we were given on why the cars were not picked up by Tuesday was that the driver was done driving for the night and he would pick them up Wednesday afternoon. We heard nothing from anyone until we called Wednesday night and Douglas said the driver didn't want to drive in the storm and the cars would be picked up Thursday. Then another driver was assigned to the pickup/delivery for whatever reason, therefore we needed to get a new cashiers check since we had the original driver's name on the cashiers check the first time. They were finally picked up the following Monday. The driver will not cooperate and Smart Talk keeps pretending they will help. Larry requested the pictures and was put in contact with the contact from claims. The estimate on damage was $2000. The claims company will only give $1000 since the driver is not cooperating. Because Smart Talk assigned a driver who stiffed us and they will not make it right we have to pay another $1000 to get the car fixed. The company provides horrible customer service. The driver Smart Talk assigned to this job unloaded the cars around the block to hide the damage from the recipients. the damage caused was on the undercarriage and would have been obvious had it been delivered on his flatbead at the house when he unloaded it. That was intentionally done by him to cover up damage that would cost him a deductible to fix since it was done while in his possession. By Smart Talk allowing him to get away with not being cooperative and Smart Talk not rectifying the problem with the driver or customer they ultimately support him what appears to be taking advantage of customers.”

“Booked a load with Ben C., and honestly could not have asked for a better broker. Even through delay after delay, he kept the customer informed & put our safety 1st. So instead of an angry customer, we delivered to a man who wanted to shake our hand for doing what it took to get his delivery to him. If you are a carrier, you know what a difference this makes. Looking forward to working with Ben & Smart Talk in the future.”

“Terrible. Gave me a fake credit card to pay for loading equipment. They scheduled the load 2 times, my guys went to load it 2 times and were turned around because the truck to load could not show up. I jad 2 men whome spent 16 hours in a crane on 2 seperate days driving from Colorado to Wyoming through the mountains as scheduled by Michelle Molina. I was sent a bogus credit card to pay. Mike Perez will not return a phone call. Andre Corbert is the president and he wont respond. We are out 5600.00, and are now going to file criminal felony charges via CBI and the FBI on Andre, Michelle, and Mike Perez. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SMART TALK TRANSPORT!!”

“Beware of Smart Talk Transport! Smart Talk Transport has failed to reimburse us for damage caused to our car when they were transporting it from Florida to Canada after the Covid pandemic closed borders and we were unable to bring it back to Canada ourselves. The car received damage and significant rock chips during transport. Smart Talk's manager, Stelios Vergitsis, has been assuring us since Oct, 2020 that their legal and insurance team would reimburse us for repairs that were authorized and completed on Oct. 28/20. Yet, all we have heard are empty promises. Six months later, reimbursement has still not been received.”
