Recently sold most of my car collection to various contacts throughout the state of California. I took on the shipment of the vehicles and went about setting it up. Wanted a company that offered a fair price and quality service, especially since there were multiple drop off points. Contacted Regal Auto and there name exemplifies what they stand for. Gave them all the drop off points and set up a pick up date that they stuck to. Driver was professional and did a great job securing the vehicles in order of delivery. Checked in with the buyers after the fact and they all had great things to say as well.
★ Nada I dont know about you but my experance with this company is terrible. A very rude person name Ronny which I contacted by the number (818-679-3366) He took $200 from me to ship my cars from Monterey Ca to San Antonio TX. Not only he is very rude but also a thief he took my money did not send the cars. I am going to chase this person

[email protected] / 954-727-1866) - was rude, demeaning, and started yelling at me as to why I was bitching about $50 that he overcharged me. It's called ethics Ronnie. If you quote a senior citizen a price, you don't jack it up.
★ tawny wilcher Ronnie very rude. Took advantage of an elderly woman during a pandemic. Quoted pricing and confirmed dates of pick up and delivery. Only to not communicate they would not be picking up nor delivering due to a shortage of drivers. This Man lacks professionalism nor the ability to communicate with people with compassion and understanding. He locks people in by making promises not kept only to keep their deposits giving them no choice during difficult times such as a pandemic when people as loosing everything jobs, and loved ones. While asking clarifying questions he called me names like stupid and he didn’t have time then hung up. This company deserves a negative rating I will be sure to take my complaints further.
★★ Toner A few things I can say. The owner and dispatcher Ronny is a nasty thief that was referred to me by my moving company I will take it up with them as well. I was given a quote of $700 to ship from New York to Florida. I was required to give a two day window for pick up of my vehicle which was 1/19/21 or 1/20/21. Well I guess me calling for answers of why my vehicle was not picked up was not within my rights I was called names yelled at and told I got what I paid for that I should have paid $200 more that no driver will pick up my car for that price. Mind you Ronny gave me the price of $700 to ship. This company is a scan. They give you a cheap price take you deposit then never ship I don't understand how he is still in business. I know he keeps changing his company name to illude the law. We are all going through a hard time with this pandemic and don't need a calus person like Ronny robbing us.
★★ karan Ronnie and his company Expert Auto Transport are Running a scam. He also have more names for his company contact numbers 855-685-2888 , 888-259-9630 818-679-3366. We paid a deposit to Ronnie(Expert Auto Transport) of $200 for auto transport from NJ to WA with the quote of $1050. the day of the pickup some one called and said we can only ship if I pay $1500 instead of $1050. Otherwise they have to cancel the order. I said i am not going to pay extra and why should i pay over the quotes and now they are refusing to refund my deposit.
★ Tony Xiong Asked for a quote and didn't want to proceed until other agencies provided their quotes so I can select the best price. Received quote. Then calls back 2 hours later and tries to get me to sign. I stated again I do not want to proceed until I get all quotes in hand and will reach out if I select you to transport my vehicle. Hangs up during mid sentence. DO NOT HIRE
★ Shannon Murr Why can't you give zero stars? This guy Ronnie is disgusting and despicable. I called the 1st time and he said to whomever he was with, "let me het this bitch off the phone". I didn't even know him. Never spoke to him. My sister said she knew him. I took 2 days off work. Paid 200 dollar deposit. He never showed. Wouldn't answer for days. Started screaming and swearing at me the 1st time I was finally able to contact him. All I said was "you guys were supposed to meet me and nobody showed up and I already paid deposit". His anger was 10/10 and then said he would still do it if I "threw more money at it". I was already giving him the exact quote he gave me! I didn't even haggle at all. Run! Very mentally unstable or is using some kind of substances.

★ Rick Ronnie is a scam. I was reffered to him. He gave me a good price quoate. I was moving from Texas to Seattle. He took full payment and never transport my car. I am trying to call him and he never answer my call after that. It is 4 months now. I want to get my money back.
