One thing I admire most about a moving company is their ability to keep time. This time, I needed my car to be transported in the shortest time possible because I needed to start work immediately upon arrival. This challenge wasn’t too hard for Aledi LLC and they even had it ready a day earlier.

★★★★★ Mike This company went above and beyond. My SUV got a scratch down the side from transport from a tree branch (company can’t control that). I emailed my complaint with pictures and the owner quickly called me and told me to take it to a detailer and have it buffed out and he would reimburse me. I gave them the final invoice for the detail/buff (all the scratches came out) and the owner sent me more than the invoice for my troubles. Truly above and beyond customer service which is rare these days. I’d have no hesitation to use them again.

The driver was in communication any time was necessary and call me one hour before arrived. I give my 5 stars of course.
★ Madhavan Chakravarthi I transported my car (Cadillac 2022) from Arlington VA to Sonoma, CA. The broker we used hired ALEDI LLC. The car did not arrive for a week and whenever we called this company we always got a rude response and no clarity. Finally I pressed on and let them know that I am reporting to the police that the car is stolen. Then they told me that their truck is broken and are trying to find a solution. This saga went on for two weeks before they could find another truck and driver. There is someone Alex in this company - you can hardly understand what he speaks. He is just obnoxious and doesnt know who how to talk to customers. Finally my car came in after 22 days. I have emails and texts from this company - I will be posting on FB and Twitter
★ Charde Honestly deserves 0 stars. Terrible service all the way around, no one reaches out to you to update you at all. I have had to reach out to get any info on my vehicle being transported out of state. I needed it there by a specific date and to no surprise all the dates for pick up fell through. Between unanswered calls from both brookewide and aledi I would definitely not recommend either company for transport in the future
★ Matt 3 days Late on pick up. 5 days Late on drop off. Driver screwed me out of additional $1k. Broke the key so I’m out another $200 for a new key and microchip. Overall terrible service provided to me
