In order to start the process and see it through you will need to submit a host of documents to the Russian Customs authority:
- Bill of Lading.
- Personal ID.
- VAT bill or a form showing that you are exempt Visa or passport.
- The original title of the vehicle.
- Current registration.
- Invoice of purchase.
- Conformity certification.
