Options of freight Shipping Methods.
You can ship a vehicle to Cameroon using A1 Auto Transport Service to handle all logistics for you. There are safety concerns that must be addressed in order to follow the rules and regulations of Cameroon and other neighboring countries. You should not ship your vehicle through land transit. Your shipping options are by sea and include:
Roll On/ Roll Off service: This is the most affordable way to ship your vehicle to Barmenda. Your vehicle is driven onto the deck of the ship and safely secured. The only downside to this shipping method is that it takes longer to ship.
Container shipment: This method of shipping will be more expensive but it also comes with a few more advantages than the RORO method. For example, your car is placed inside a private container. You can place household and personal items inside the container with your vehicle. As it is enclosed within the container, the goods and vehicle are safer and better protected. Before your vehicle can be imported, you will need to take steps to clear customs and have a stamp from the officials before you can pick up your car. You will also need to call and check to see if your car has arrived before you come down to claim it. You will also need to do your own search of your vehicle to ensure that it arrives as you left it back in the United States. You can contact the Embassy of Cameroon in the United States for more information on shipping.
