• Microchip, Transponder, or Tattoo – All must include identification details for your pet and must be completed after rabies vaccination occurs.

Import Rules for EU Vehicles

You may import your personal vehicle to Estonia tax and duty free from Finland. You will be able to drive your vehicle in Estonia for a few months without having to register your vehicle in the country, but if you plan to stay longer, you should go through the process of registering, licensing, and insuring your vehicle in Estonia. In order to do so, you will need to be able to provide proof of purchase, ownership without liens or encumbrances, residence in Estonia, and vehicle insurance.
