In the unfortunate case of an accident or damage incident, we will walk the client through the insurance process, and make sure all the claims are met, and that their vehicle is delivered in the state in which it was found.

We always go by this policy whenever we deal with a new client. We make sure to give them the full quote, including everything on offer, without any hidden costs. Door to door delivery
Many companies in the industry give their clients an option between having their vehicles delivered door to door or the terminal based system. In our company, we believe every single order should get the attention and excellent service it deserves. With that in mind, all our orders are delivered on a door to door basis. We believe this commitment is a sign that our customers will translate as an assurance of goodwill and satisfactory service.
Customers can choose between one of three shipment options when they choose us. We offer open domestic shipping, where the carriers are open. These carriers can either have a single vehicle or multiple cars. Multi-carriers are especially ideal for dealerships. The second option is enclosed local shipment, where the carrier I closed, and typically only one vehicle is on board. The third is the overseas shipment option, which either happens through air or freight. In some cases, international shipments can happen through rail or road. All these shipment options come at competitive rates.
After buying a new car, even when one has all the information about their shipment, handing over the vehicle to another company for shipment is a nerve wracking experience. We make sure the process goes as smoothly as possible. We give timely and useful communication every step of the way, treating every case uniquely and always responding to the needs of the client. We believe a lot of the problems that arise during a typical long distance shipping process can be solved through a steady stream of communication. If needed, we provide the shipment tracking details to the client so they can keep track of their vehicle and the delivery schedules.
