“Seamless move:
I hired Fragile Moving Inc. last month and I’m glad I did. Everything went on as planned. I have never had such an easy time moving before. The movers and packers prepared all my items and moved them seamlessly.

“It should be considered false advertising to use the word "fragile" in their name. Over 40K worth of stuff damaged, and that doesn't include them upping my price after my stuff was loaded and threatening to keep it if I didn't produce cash immediately. I signed the paperwork for full replacement value insurance and paid for it, yet they never provided me with the name of the insurance company, rather they sent me to some 3rd party claim company. I have the DOT from PA/NJ and at a Fed level looking into this operation, it has been discovered that they are operating illegally. They will not acknowledge my multiple emails or my attorneys emails in regards to the damages. Also, when referencing the illegal paperwork, I was referencing the fact that you forged my signature on some of the documents you provided to your 3rd party claims company. You do realize forgery is a criminal offense don't you? BBB gave them an “F” and revoked their accreditation.”
