I was wanting to get a car shipped from Florida to Illinois. There was going to be two different people paying for transport. Talked to rep for transport was told quote and that a deposit had to be put down to get shipped and rest on delivery. So on my end I payed $100.00 to get process started on April 27, 2018 less than 24 hours later on April 28, 2018 callled and told rep I have to cancel do to person on other end not having the money. Rep for Yellow Brick Transportation told me no problem refund will be on Monday batch. Today is now May 24, 2018 Still NO REFUND whenever I call ask for last 4 of card used and name on card. I give them that info in return I get told same thing in 5 to 7 business days refund should be there. It’s now 27 days total if we counting business days it’s been 19 days waiting on refund.

Then he got my deposit and he would stop replying to texts in a timely matter and I would have to text him over and over. Finally got the car shipped, but I was also going to ship another car. He took my deposit and we tried to figure out the details of that. I ended up not shipping that car and he informed me he would give me my deposit back. It’s been SIX months and I haven’t gotten it. I’ve texted him multiple times, he’s told me “I’ll get on it first thing tomorrow morning” “I’ll call HR and see what’s wrong” etc. I just went to text him again because it’a been another month since he told me he would get on it. Well now my number is blocked. I do not represent this company at all. Joe Perez stole my money as those deposits are for them. I will keep trying to get my money back, so I would love to be contacted about this.”
