Never showed after getting a bid on Friday, I called & finally they wouldn’t answer calls. I checked a hot line for transports & they aren’t rated by Better Busines Bureau. He said that is worse than an F rating. I agree with others rating them, they must write own ratings. They are not dependable. They under bid & cannot get drivers for that bid. My first experience with transporting a vehicle & I hope last. I had to get a driver. Very unethical!!!!!!!

They NEVER attempterd to move my cars at all...once they took my deposit I would no longer reach my agent Tania Dior. Which was not an issue prior. I'd be more understanding if they at least attempted to schedule dispatch pick up but they NEVER DID. They simply stole from me and breached their own contract and could careless. Thats FRAUD!!! Eni “Wow, these people are the worse. Took my deposit money, I wrote them 5 emails stating that I had to sale my car so I won’t be needing services anymore. The girls number said it was “no longer in service” they didn’t answer any of my calls and none of my emails and kept my deposit even though I was in the guidelines provided to make the cancellation and receive a full refund. These people are frauds and I would never recommend them. I would honestly report them if I could. 0 stars save your money and your time. Big mistake”

bill craves “No call, No show. They took my money, then would never answer my calls or call back. I took an entire day off work to drive 5 hours to meet the driver that never showed up. During the pick up date I made several calls to upscale (Tanya Dior), and never received a call back. I did call the dispatch number and left a message, I received a call back about 2 hours later telling me that the driver would not show up for that rate, and wanted to charge me over double the agreed upon price. The original price was already signed on their contract with a down-payment, which they have refused to repay. They took my money, and I received nothing in return. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!”
