Joe Dersch “Horrible, worst communication, delay pickup 2 week late delivery with 0 communication, followed by damage that was unreported by the carrier, only to find out that our client has been dealing with them and their insurance company for weeks, followed by 3 month of emails and calls back and forth. Left countless voicemails requesting to get a call back from an owner or a manager, still waiting since November. Now we were hit by lawsuit from the customer. Avoid this unprofessional and irresponsible company. I wish there was a negative stars here.”

Lev “A horrible experience with StarWay Logisitics! At the destination, My truck was dropped off late at night in an unlit parking lot. I was given no opportunity to inspect my truck . I was given a blank page to sign on the driver's phone so "I can take my truck". My truck was missing my TonnoPro bed cover that was lost along the way. The The driver demanded cash (was not informed that cash was required) - he eventually would accept a Venmo transfer as long as it was marked as a "gift". The next day (in daylight), I noticed that my tail light was smashed - all lights were inoperable. Then I noticed 8 foot long scratches along the entire side of my truck. The good news is that i took many pictures of my truck as it was being loaded- I have pictures of the cover on the truck, the light not damaged-lots of evidence. I have not heard a single word from Starway!”

The driver wasn't terrible with communication but the office and accounting folks as well as the LOGISTICS team/person, was awful. They didn't end up delivering my car until five days later and on top of that, they didn't answer any of my phone calls, emails, or texts. I was in the dark about where my car is and when i was going to receive it. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!”
