I made an appointment with them at least 2 weeks ago. I was told that someone will contact me in 24-48 prior to pick up date. They said a lot things about the company but it’s all but false advertisement. I left over 10 voicemail for this company and yet, I haven’t heard back. After seeing my phone on their line so much they decided to send it straight to their voicemail.nothing will be done for you from this company. I can guarantee you that. Horrible customer service. Don’t book or make any appointment for this company or else you will regret it. I’ll make sure this company is heard for the lies and false claims.

Unfortunately, they did not pick up the car as planned and we couldn't reach them for about 12 hours. Once the car was picked up the transport company they said it would cost an extra $100 to transport. I had repeatedly asked if there would be a charge for extra weight and was told no. Although the transport was good, this company did not stand by their word on quote so cannot give them a recommendation.”

My cars were supposed to be picked up last Thursday. it is Saturday morning now, and they called me - because I called - said that they have driver ready to pick up on Monday. after I hung up on them, they called me several times. I put mine muted, and listen to their conversation. they were cursing. They do not deserve customers. it turned out I rented a car for nothing, and I have to find another legitimate company that would be able to pick up my cars right away.”

Martin Lee “These people are here just to make money, there is no value for customer. Rates are higher than other competitor. I choose these over the other because, they said they will delivery me in 4 to 5days, Accordingly I signed the contract, here is how it started they picked my car 1 day after the given pickup date. Also I did not received my vehicle on the day mentioned in contract, so I started calling these ppl, no answer and emailed them too, no response. Luckily after 8 days later I received my car. I spoke with the driver , he said he is on time and showed me his contract which was completely different from what I had signed. I end up paying more to these people plus 8 day for rental car.
I wont go with these ppl again and wont recommend also. I would like to give 0 rating if I can.”

Arun “I’d give 0 stars if I could. I’m from Jersey and planned to send a car to Idaho for school. ANDREA is the person I worked with. She made sure to keep in contact with me for MONTHS, wasting my time. She called me 2 days before my car was supposed to be “picked up” to make sure we were still on. I called her a few times the day before the pickup date and she never answered my calls. Haven’t heard from her since then. I wasted so much time trusting that horrible lady. I then worked with the company Midwest Exotic Transport and they were able to find a driver in 5 days. My car was picked up today & now on its way to me in Idaho. I found this company on YouTube, “Auto Transport For Dummies.” Look them up and go with them.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.”

David betko “I hired Garcia's Auto Transport to transport my 2 cars from CA to OH. Jay Garcia told me that the vehicles would be picked up on 11/14 or 11/15 and dropped off 11/22 or 11/23. I paid a deposit of $700 with the remainder, $1,800, due to the carrier upon delivery. The cars did not arrive until 11/27, and the company made no effort to contact me with updates. I had to chase both Mr. Garcia and the company that he contracted, Great West Auto Transport, in order to get updates and was constantly lied to about when the cars would be dropped. Multiple times during this process, I attempted to reach Great West and Mr. Garcia and could not reach them. Super frustrating experience having to pay an extra $750 for a rental car right before the holidays.”
