“We used American Way Van and Storage for our move back in December. We had just purchased all brand new Kitchen Aid appliances just to have the entire front panel of our dishwasher completely dented in and irreparable. I reached out to them right after our move knowing that they were closed until the New Year, which was totally understandable. I reached out to the office on 1/28 letting them know that I had yet to hear anything back from them, again I was told someone would be reaching out that week. February 14th was the first sign of communication. It is now over 5 months later and they offered $300 for a $1200 dishwasher. The gentleman with the appliance company told them how much it was going to be to replace the front panel and they stated that they needed wait a bit before they could proceed. It was again another month later before they ordered the part and now it is completely out of stock. This has been the biggest the waste of time for $300.”
